Live down the street but have not ever eaten here.  I'm so glad we did!  The inside reminded me of cheers.  The bar was at the front and you were greeted when you came in.  There were numerous tables scattered around.  There was an outside patio that they were getting ready for the evening crowd.  It looked like they may have a band or DJ coming in.

Leah was our server .  We told her we had never been there.  She was so excited to tell us recommendations off the menu.  The soup of the day was beer cheese soup.  She gave me a generous sample to try before I ordered the soup to make sure I liked it.  OMG it was fantastic!  We got potato skins that were very tasty.  We ordered side salads.  Very cold salad and fresh.  Very generous size.  My husband had the buffalo chicken sub.  He was happy with it.

If you havent been here, get your butt down to Grove City and give Memories a try.  You will love it.

This place is cool. Its like a privately owned roadhouse or Roosters. Private parking, large outdoor patio surrounded by a 6 ft privacy fence, and a large bar. Not a big fan of the fence as I like to be able to look out, but it is on a busy street, so it might help with the noise.

Decor is typical...beer signs, neon, Elvis pixs, and even some local history stuff.

Service was meh. Our waitress was nice, but seemed uninformed and not seemingly wanting to be there.

Drinks were very good and at a good price. Food was very good (they actually have a chef), but still suspect some items were frozen.

Im torn between 3 or 4 stars, but since methinks its a little better than Planks (down the street). Im giving them the benefit of the doubt, and going with 4.

Let's face it, there isn't much in Grovetucky besides chains.... So some people compare this to restaurant to a Rooster's but I disagree, it is much more eclectic than that. There are some excellent, affordable healthy choices here in the salads and seafood departments. Most places if they offer seafood, it's usually salmon and I am not a huge fan, basic salads tend to be overpriced. Here you have a few seafood choices, very reasonably priced, and excellent salads. Some people swear by the wings, I have not had them so con't comment but they looked really good!

Boyfriend and I joined my "Ma & Dad" for trivia night.  This was our first time here and my first time playing trivia.  We started with sharing the deep fried mushrooms and deep fried pickles.  They were piping hot and really good!  The ranch dressing to dip them in was really tasty, too.  I ordered the Italian sub with handcut fries that I dipped in the ranch.   It was a nice balance of meat and veggies and Italian dressing.  Then we shared the chocolate cake with ice cream added.  It was like a top and bottom layer of mousse and middle layer of cake.  SO SCRUMPTIOUS!  So after we ate, we played trivia.  John was a fantastic host with a great sense of humor.  It was great food and great fun and I can't wait to come back!

This is my favorite restaurant in Grove City. The new owners are very nice and pleasant. The food is delicious and the prices can't be beat!
